Changelog

Applications

• Applications is out of construction in the dashboard sidebar. Each airline card says how its fill works, checks United's and American's basic requirements before you start (and names any you miss), and takes you straight to the profile sections that still need an answer, showing only those sections until you're done.
• A submitted Delta or American application offers Update Application, which opens the application you already have.

Delta

• Focused fill walks you through Delta's application one answer at a time beside Delta's own window: each card shows Delta's question, your answer already on the clipboard, and exactly what to do with it (Paste, Select, Select date), in the order and wording Delta's pages use.
• Setup is one screen (Register, Log in or Update my application, then put Delta on the right), and Chrome's clipboard permission is asked once, up front.
• At the end you paste Delta's full application page back and EZ Pilot checks every answer. Sections that differ, or that you changed since your last fill, are listed with what Delta showed, and Fill again walks just those sections. Coming back later to update shows only what changed.
• Every section ends on the right button: Continue (in red, with "❗ DO NOT SAVE AS DRAFT") once your application is submitted, then a check that you're back on Delta's Your Timeline page.
• Hours are rounded to whole numbers, blank text answers read N/A, a blank date or dropdown says to leave it blank, and every repeating list (schools, employers, aircraft) ends on a card reminding you to remove extra entries Delta still shows.
• Edit in EZ Pilot takes you to the answer in your profile and Save and return brings you back to the card you left, even if you were signed out along the way.

United

• Fill This Section fills every United section from your profile: Personal information, Education/Training, Employment (including employers, schools and aircraft United doesn't list), Military, Flight time, Certificates and ratings, Driver's record, Pilot Records, Legal questions, United affiliation and Involvement. Each section is checked by reading United back.
• Filling again after a profile change updates United to match, removing employers, aircraft, service periods and other entries your profile no longer has.
• A pilot new to United is walked through creating the application and United's email code. When United already has an application for you, the panel says what United matched and how to get back into it.
• When a section can't be filled, the panel says why and what to do instead of leaving you in Copy and Paste without an explanation.
• Once every section is filled, the panel says your application is ready to submit and walks you through United's signature and date, CAPTCHA and Submit.

American

• The side panel autofills each American step from your profile, including every aircraft row, employers and schools outside the US, volunteer roles, "If yes, please explain" boxes (N/A for a No), and American's required availability date.
• American's own checks clear after a fill, the panel knows where you are even with another tab in front, and Start over gets you out of a page it can't place.
• Attachments says exactly what to upload, and each required step says that Continue saves it with American, which publishes your application on its own once every required section is saved.

Pilot profile

• The profile now asks everything Delta, United and American need, in each airline's own wording where it differs, so nothing has to be worked out during a fill. That includes your full employment history and every gap with a reason, each employer's address, driving history, failed checks by type and date, events behind every Yes on a history question, United's terms of employment, and type ratings per aircraft.
• Lists replace free text wherever an airline picks from a list: colleges (every U.S. degree-granting college), countries, languages, veteran status, education level and certificate limitations. Answers saved before a list existed ask you to reselect.
• Every date stays within a sensible range, and every text box an airline cuts off shows its limit with a live count.
• Show next always lands on the missing answer, ⌘K finds any question by the profile's or an airline's wording, and typing keeps up on a full profile.
• When questions change, your answers stay saved and you're asked to review only the sections affected.

Extension and dashboard

• Download the extension from ezpilotapps.com, and the dashboard and side panel tell you when a newer version is out and walk you through updating without losing your place.
• Report an issue is one blue tab in the web app and on every side-panel screen, and tells the team who you are so we can reply.
• A brief connection drop no longer signs you out, and being signed out mid-fill returns you to where you were after you sign back in.
• The home page has a narrated walkthrough video, the launch price, and links to EZ Pilot Apps on Facebook and Instagram.

Profile accuracy and guidance

• Profile readiness, validation, and visible required markers now use the same conditional requirements. Existing pilots receive a versioned, dismissible requirements-update notice while ordinary missing-field counts, section status, and review navigation continue to surface unfinished data. Employment gap guidance is also clearer without changing the 30-day explanation rule.
• Flight-hours entries now use one canonical PIC and SIC value per aircraft; the separate turbine PIC/SIC inputs were removed to avoid conflicting totals.
• Instructor hours remain visible as their own category but are no longer added a second time to PIC/SIC when calculating total flight time.
• Airline-specific questionnaire groups now begin with the agreed guidance for answering similar questions that use different airline wording.

Accessibility and appearance

• The dark-mode switch now reflects the effective system theme after sign-in and has an explicit accessible label.

• Passport answers and details now participate consistently in profile readiness, so a Profile section cannot appear complete while required passport information is missing.

Pilot profile and review

• Pilots could build and autosave a unified profile in a logical career order, with clearer controls, guidance, airline-aware writing limits, and a full print/PDF export of the same profile UI.
• Section review distinguished in-progress, ready, reviewed, and outdated states. Missing or invalid fields could be found one at a time, including fields inside repeatable rows, with responsive status markers and sticky review controls.
• Aircraft search and fallback choices were made more reliable, and ATP certificate history was simplified to one issue-date field shared by the supported airline workflows.

Feedback, access, and application clarity

• A prominent issue-reporting path was added to the dashboard and extension, with screenshot and session context available from those surfaces.
• United's unfinished write automation was replaced with a read-only copy/paste companion, Delta applications began in the correct initial state, and the inaccurate mock application-detail page was removed.

Launch polish

• The profile received a clearer visual hierarchy and responsive navigation, restored Pro Tip artwork, and required markers tuned to actual conditional requirements.
